The following is my reply to a forwarded email regarding our responsibilities when forwarding emails, if you're able I would appreciate you reading this.

Hi All,

You may or may not know me, and I apologize upfront if I am a tad blatant with this. However I think it is in due time we promote the necessity to be discerning with reading and the forwarding of internet "news". Having read the interesting article below, all of us would probably have questioned the truth behind it. And that is good, that is what probably kept us alive as a species through the centuries. But unlike us, our younger generations may not be so enlightened to the fact that we need to take pinch of salt with everything we read on the internet. What are we then inculcating to our younger generations with emails like that, if somehow one of our forwarded mails reach to their mailing list? Are we not then breeding the next generation of extremist? Where does that lead may I ask? I ask this of everyone reading this;- Let us not perpetrate anymore irresponsible or uncouth news that we do not know to be the truth. It is just a click to forward out an email, but an idea once planted will not be that easy to root out.
I would like to end it with this.

We cannot have conflict without ourselves being first the aggressors. That I believe is not what you want to imbue to yourself . Or our future.

Random words I contrived to form up into poetry, or maybe word out the the full rap that these words were first initiated and hummed to.

All is well but this isn't about my lyrical aptitude. This is something different. About my other passion;- horological masterpieces. When I first saw this pair it brought me way back to when I was a St. Gabriel's boy. A by no means mischievous but an abundantly curious one; I would crash the party on masses and when i saw this particular piece it invoked my memory on the first reality check on life I had then. - I clearly remember an aged men in white robes walking around and placing ashes in a cross (grey chalk which I initially thought it was) on the people heads and people whispering "In all thy works be mindful of thy last end and thou wilt never sin." Thereafter I went back and when I finally got to ask my mis-informed Catholic friend what was the ritual about he told me that it was to tell people that they will die (clearly left out a lot of information for me). I got a shock and guess what. I never went back. So many years later when I finally stumbled back upon memento mori I finally reveled that he was half right and that though morbid as it may seem time is the exact reminder to the remainder of our mortality. One day someone is going to invent a biometric watch that will indicate to the accuracy of nano-seconds till our departure from this world. Until then the next best alternative is a beautiful work I wouldn't mind being put to rest with by Peter Speake-Marin.

Warmth, aches, lies, babies, a future. - It all gravitates from love. The dire need for it, to be filled till the brim of it, or the lack thereof, who can blame us? For without it we grow strong; we become hard. So hard we're constipated. So in order to keep our sanity intact we scour in our comfort zones seeking that warmth in a that special someone and then we seek to settle down thinking "Now that i have found the love of my life I am complete. Are we ever? Why do we then often seek assurance if love is what it is. Surely there must be something innately we crave to conquer after love." Love as I've learnt takes the same form and function pretty much how a gas fills a room, it will envelope every nook and cranny of out lives, but it will also escape through every orifice available to the next, slipping through if the pressure is right, that is the law, just science. "So Einstein, you may question how then do you reckon we do to make it(love) a wholesome experience before we kick the bucket?" I'd say be authentic and the rest are statistics I would love to detail through my own. One thing we should never fear is acknowledging our raging need for love, we're humans. Remember while stocks last is how it is when we are all but perishable here. End.

A song we sang as kids only to realise the meanings of it's words when it's time we embraced death, and that is only to the lucky who still have the time to think and digest before finally kicking the bucket. Well I'm glad I came by to see Grandma, although we haven't been close, I now recognize she has been a silent resilient character that looked after her family and grand children the best way she knew how and as devious grand kids we may not feel her love with our unfulfilled expectations, but to see her lying here with my mom, dad, uncles and aunties crowding about her I know she had been a great mom and to me a grandma who loves me.
Funny what a firm hand grip invokes.
To everyone who reads this, if you have got love to give - give it and show it, afterall it's only affections we will leave behind embedding itself into memories to those we've met, disregard whatever inhibitions that sell you short for not showing it. It's a lousy lie that shortchanges the beautiful life you will have. Now go. And love.

One of the best pairs of Chucks I've seen in awhile. From the stained outsoles to the leather weaves with a black on black subtlety, will surely tingle the inner rocker and for that you deserve to own one.

Ok i do know by now that the amount I have invested in iPhone accessories should have accumulated enough for me to swap myself the new 3GS but these are just fine. 10/10 Practicality 8.9/10 to Aesthetics and they have Venom and Matt black. I am a damn big sucker for anything iPhone.

Dropped by the Smudge store with Melvin last evening to pass JJ his shoes and was impressed by the place. We entered a great space the minute we navigated ourselves up the stairs and was greeted by the ever cheery Charles. Great to be seeing him again. Took a browse through the racks and when i had a chat with JJ a thought struck - "Dang. Our scene is going on the up from all the great works Sin. has conjured over the years. Quiet as the scene may seem we are definitely moving forwards and if they don't already, people will soon be taking notice. To which JJ highlighted a point to me and I felt his words - "We (The Community) are coming together in SG and that was the catalyst for Japan and the rapidly growing Taiwan market." Watch us world.

Last words - Kudos to JJ and the very nice shop he's got. Much respect to how earnest he his, very cool. Though I do have my suspicions he's got a hidden hilarity we've yet uncovered - Look forward to chilling with him soon. Oh yes and he did the moonwalk in his new shoes. Moonwalk man. Word.

The Thriller MV brought about an unprecedented progression in music video production. It was 14 minutes of sheer genius that set the benchmark. SBTG felt the same and decided to replicate that same desire to transcend and in honor to the man, they took that iconic red jacket from the video and moulded it into this pair. You know it's evil the evil Thriller. Don't resist.

I've been troubled by the sudden (delayed due to my lack of collective memory of their last known location) lost of my dearly beloved stickers. Nice stickers and i really liked them and now i have somewhere to stick'em they seemed to have attached themselves to legs. Oh well until i recollect those lost pieces of jig saw i guess I'll be missing them.

Hey guys missed yesterday so I will be covering 2 days work in a post. Ran a good run with Melvin and Ling, we did 20 covering the first 15km in an hour thirty, and a 5 km cool down. Was a joy to run like that after having not run this kind of distances in so long, felt different from the days of anaerobic fatigue runs.
Took a break from running today and focused on the abs. No pics for today.

Abs Wheel x 20 (Goal 60)
Diamond Push Ups x 10 (Goal 30)
Cyclic Sit Ups x 10 (Goal 30)
Pull Ups x 10 (Goal 30)
Bicep Curls x 30 (Goal Tom Cruise Size Biceps in M:I III)

Hey this is FatBoy on a mission to get his Abs. How has your own quest for fitness been? So i have been succumbed to being lazy and resigned on losing my fitness after my knee(meniscal) surgery. But i have been inspired by my bro Melvin Ong and sickened by the coagulating lumps of swells, i made a choice to keep a log of progress.
