Dropped by the Smudge store with Melvin last evening to pass JJ his shoes and was impressed by the place. We entered a great space the minute we navigated ourselves up the stairs and was greeted by the ever cheery Charles. Great to be seeing him again. Took a browse through the racks and when i had a chat with JJ a thought struck - "Dang. Our scene is going on the up from all the great works Sin. has conjured over the years. Quiet as the scene may seem we are definitely moving forwards and if they don't already, people will soon be taking notice. To which JJ highlighted a point to me and I felt his words - "We (The Community) are coming together in SG and that was the catalyst for Japan and the rapidly growing Taiwan market." Watch us world.
Last words - Kudos to JJ and the very nice shop he's got. Much respect to how earnest he his, very cool. Though I do have my suspicions he's got a hidden hilarity we've yet uncovered - Look forward to chilling with him soon. Oh yes and he did the moonwalk in his new shoes. Moonwalk man. Word.
