Day 4

Hey guys missed yesterday so I will be covering 2 days work in a post. Ran a good run with Melvin and Ling, we did 20 covering the first 15km in an hour thirty, and a 5 km cool down. Was a joy to run like that after having not run this kind of distances in so long, felt different from the days of anaerobic fatigue runs.
Took a break from running today and focused on the abs. No pics for today.

Day 2

Ran 5.5Km today and did a set of exercise consisting of:
  1. Dynamic Push Ups x 10 (Goal 30)
  2. Abs Wheel x 20 (Goal 60)
  3. Diamond Push Ups x 10 (Goal 30)
  4. Cyclic Sit Ups x 10 (Goal 30)
  5. Pull Ups x 10 (Goal 30)
  6. Bicep Curls x 30 (Goal Tom Cruise Size Biceps in M:I III)
Tired so end of post.

I am fat.



Hey this is FatBoy on a mission to get his Abs. How has your own quest for fitness been? So i have been succumbed to being lazy and resigned on losing my fitness after my knee(meniscal) surgery. But i have been inspired by my bro Melvin Ong and sickened by the coagulating lumps of swells, i made a choice to keep a log of progress.
